Intelligence is becoming abundant.
For most of human history, intelligence was scarce. The capacity to reason, to draft, to translate, to model, to invent was held by individuals, by guilds, by institutions. Now it is becoming abundant. This is the shortest summary of the next twenty years.
Within a decade the capacity will be as freely available as electricity, as bandwidth, as light. The question is no longer how to build the capacity. The question is who you trust to handle it for you.
A model is a capacity. A model is not a counterparty.
Trust does not come from the model.
Every model in production today will be obsolete within five years. The leaderboard is a moving target. The weights, the providers, the pricing, the terms, all of it churns.
What does not move is whether the system telling you something has earned the right to. Trust is built between persistent identities, not between a question and a fresh transformer. Trust is older than computing. It is the work of evidence, accountability, and consequence.
